Welcome to Capricorn Teen’s site. Being a teenager can be a bit of a roller coaster ride at the best of times - you have more freedom, have fun hanging out with your mates, but you also have to cope with more pressure at school or university, add to this the fact that your body is changing at an alarming rate, never mind your love life or lack of one! It can be a tough time. So to find out that you or someone you are close to has a very serious illness can be devastating. Just remember you are not alone in this. Young people like you have been through this and there are lots of people willing to help you.
This site is about giving you information about serious illness such as cancer and conditions like muscular dystrophy and support when someone is dying or has died. The site also has a section on where you can get more specific and detailed information and support if you want to find out more.
